PinkNews is anonymously surveying our readers on HIV testing, ahead of HIV Testing Week and World AIDS Day.

Even in 2015, men who have sex with men are still disproportionately likely to be affected by HIV, as are LGBT people in general.

This year’s HIV Testing Week runs from November 21.

The fourth annual testing week, supported in the UK by Terrence Higgins Trust, aims to break down the stigma of testing and improve testing among gay and bisexual men and African people – the two groups most at risk of HIV.

One in five people living with HIV in the UK and US remain undiagnosed, which is a risk to their long term health and increases the likelihood of onwards transmission.

World AIDS Day is December 1.
