UKIP’s Nigel Farage was asked if he has kissed a man

Nigel Farage was subjected to an unusual line of questioning today – when he was asked whether he had kissed a man.

The UK Independence Party leader, who is gearing up for the upcoming EU referendum, appeared on the Daily Politics show this morning.

However, as part of a ‘quick fire’ round of questions, presenters Andrew Neil and Jo Coburn asked him a number of surreal questions – including whether he’s killed an animal, flirted with fellow MEPs, or kissed a man.

The UKIP leader provided a raft of answers – revealing he never parked in a disabled parking space, has ‘borrowed’ things but not stolen, and has allegedly never lied in a TV interview.

When Andrew Neil asked if he had ever locked lips with a man, Mr Farage responded: “Not in that way, no.”

However, he remained enigmated when asked about flirtation with other MEPs.

The leader said: “Well… I liked to think I am doing my bit in Europe to promote good relations between all different countries.”

Flirtations aside, Mr Farage’s style doesn’t always go down too well in the European Parliament.

Earlier this year he was mercilessly mocked on his return to the European Parliament over his ‘un-resignation’ as UKIP leader.

One MEP joked: “He is a man of his word. Nigel Farage has sent a letter to Nigel Farage, saying ‘I resign’ and Nigel Farage has responded to Nigel Farage saying ‘I refuse’. That’s the way how it works there.”
