The Westboro Baptist Church held a picket outside the office of Kim Davis, and it was glorious.

The ‘God Hates Fags’ church, which is best known for picketing events including gay weddings and soldiers’ funerals over ‘fag marriage’, now seems to be more concerned with fighting other homophobes.

You’d think the hate group and Kentucky clerk Kim Davis this week might have a cause in common, given she was jailed for contempt of court after flouting orders to issue same-sex marriage licenses.

However, the hate group took aim at Davis this week – holding a protest outside the Rowan County Clerk’s Office yesterday.

The WBC claim that Davis is a hypocrite – attacking her marital history by claiming she herself is “living in sin.”

The group said: “Kim claims that she has lived in proud sin for many years, divorcing and remarrying, not one time or two times – in fact you need a score card to keep track.”

Yesterday the group took to protesting outside the clerk’s office, bearing signs that claim: “‘Christians’ cause fag marriage”.

Other signs targeting the four-times married clerk claim: “Divorce remarriage & same-sex ‘marriage’ are all sin” and “Divorce + remarriage = adultery”.

The WBC previously ranted: “If Kim Davis received mercy from God and grace, as she claims, she would, with all due haste put her sin away.

“She would mourn for her sins, and in a show of great mercy, she would be busy apologising to the fags for enabling them, and she would, with all diligence, give those perverts a marriage license.

“Kim Davis has decided that her adultery is less sin, than the sin of the sodomites.”
