Homophobes can’t handle this Campbell’s Soup ad with cute gay dads (VIDEO)
This advert for a new range of Campbell’s soups has got homophobes all annoyed.
The ad, for a new range around the ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’, new film, shows a real-life married gay couple and their son.
One dad, at the beginning of the ad, mimics character Darth Vader, as he says “Cooper, I am your father,” feeding his son some noodles.
The second dad chimes in, saying: “No, no, no, I am your father,” and delivers more soup.
According to the end of the ad, the soups are for “real, real life”.
The couple have previously starred in an ad for Sabra humous.
This campaign from Campbell’s uses the hashtag #RealRealLife.
“We wanted to show actual families, which means families of different configurations, cultures, races and life choices,” Yin Woon Rani, Campbell’s VP of marketing activation, said in a statement.
“The American family is changing faster than at any time in recent history and it is now a true mosaic of shapes and sizes, all bonded through love, and love of good food.”
Not all have seen the ad for its fun and cute reality, and some have taken to trolling the comments section on YouTube.

Some quoted bible verses, and others accused the soup giant of being “political”, or representing something which is not “real life”, or “normal”.
In addition, perpetually annoyed campaign group, One Million Moms, has called on customers to boycott Campbell’s, and to call out the company for “glorifying this unnatural marriage.”
The soup company has been praised for its portrayal of LGBT people in the past.
