Andrew rejected Jessie in the initial part of the show, saying he did not consider Jessie to be his parent.

Jessie came out as trans to Andrew on his 18th birthday.

The 26-year-old said he was upset that Jessie did not even wish him happy birthday before saying she planned to live out her life as a woman.

Jessie also denied breaking Andrew’s arm, saying she simply twisted it, and that she “wouldn’t do that to my son, I love my son.”

Then in a later segment of the show, Kyle read out the results of a DNA test, which revealed that Jessie was not Andrew’s biological parent.

Reading out the results, Kyle told her: “You’re not his biological father.”

He went on: “I genuinely don’t know what to say … I don’t think I’ve ever been more shocked by a result.”

Clearly heartbroken, Jessie covered her face and began weeping audibly, walking to the back of the stage.

Despite the result, Andrew said: “No matter what, you’ll always be my dad.”

Then Jessie said: “I’m fuming. I’m actually fuming.”

Andrew’s mum Tracy, denied that the DNA test was true, saying: “I was never unfaithful, I’m shocked that a DNA test is being considered.

“He doesn’t care about Andrew, he’s a horrible man and a terrible father.”

Andrew also said he found it very difficult to accept Jessie’s gender identity, and said he warned her she would lose “half” of her family if she transitioned.

He said: “If you do this you’re going to lose half of your family.

“I want a dad that’s going to be here for me for the rest of my life.

“I want you in my life, dad. As a man, I want my dad, I don’t want a mum.”
