LGBT wedding show held in ultra-conservative area
Following the June legalisation of same-sex marriage, Texas recently held a wedding show for the state’s same-sex couples.
Local LGBT newspaper Dallas Voice hosted the affair at the Hilton Anatole Hotel and attracted hundreds of soon-to-be wed LGBT pairs.
Its website said that for “an LGBT couple in a committed relationship, few things are more exciting than this BIG DAY.

While transgender actress Krystal Summers modelled dresses on-stage, individuals wandered the ballroom to study tuxedos fit for women, wedding cakes, same-sex toppers and both LGBT-friendly caterers and honeymoon locations.
At the “Wedding Party & EXPO”, the Turtle Creek Choral performed before the Marriage Equality Fashion Show.
Along with the vendors and businesses, representatives were present to discuss adoptions, fertility options and housing issues couples may encounter.
According to Dallas News, family attorney Adam Seidel offered legal advice on divorces, death, property ownership and prenuptial agreements.
Door prize drawings were also offered at the free exposition.
Recently, in the same Texan city, Jennifer Hudson gave a surprise performance at a gay marriage.
