This new documentary video from popular YouTuber Davey Wavey shows this father who lost his son to AIDS-related illness going on an epic journey to raise awareness of the cause.

David Flanagan cycled 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles in order to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS.

He cycled with AIDS LifeCycle, in memory of his son Joshua who died after his diagnosis with HIV and AIDS in 2013.

Joshua died aged just 28, and this video sees David tell the story of his son.

Speaking to Davey Wavey, David said: “If you think that you might need to be tested…please go ahead and do it…and if you get tested and you are positive you can go ahead and get treatment…This should not happen again.”
