Ella Henderson to perform at Brighton Pride

Former X Factor contestant Ella Henderson will be performing at this year’s Brighton Pride.

This will be her only LGBT UK performance this year and will take place on 1st August in Preston Park.

The singer having previously appeared on the hugely successful ITV show in 2012, landed a number one hit as a result, Ghost, and also a number one album, Chapter One, last year.

Other artists also appearing at the event include Fatboy Slim, The Human League, Foxes and Ruby Rose from ‘Orange Is the New Black’.

This years the event will mark Brighton Pride’s 25th year anniversary.

Fatboy Slim will also perform at this year’s Brighton Pride, organisers have announced.

Norman Cook performed at Brighton Pride for the first time in 2012 and spoke to PinkNews about the importance of same-sex marriage.
