A woman has sued all gay people, claiming to be an ambassador for God.

Sylvia Driskell, of the US state of Nebraska, asked a federal judge in Omaha to decide whether homosexuality is a sin.

The 66-year-old claims to be an ambassador for God and Jesus Christ, reports the World-Herald.

In a seven-page petition to the court, Driskell quoted bible verses, and stated “that homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet.”

She went on to say that God had said that homosexuality is an abomination.

Driskell also challenged the judge not to call God a liar, saying: “I never thought that I would see a day in which our great nation or our own great state of Nebraska would become so compliant to the complicity of some people(’s) lewd behaviour.”

She represents herself in the lawsuit.
