Will Smith’s team has denied showbiz reports that the actor’s teenage son could be gay.

The rumour mill started by a gossip site after Jaden Smith, 16, tweeted that he was love with rapper Tyler the Creator.

Jaden, who in 2013 starred alongside his dad in the film After Earth, tweeted: “@fucktyler I Think Im In Love With You, I Don’t Know I’m Still Figuring It Out But In The Meantime, Happy Birthday.”

MediaTakeOut then reported: “IT HAPPENED!!! Will Smith’s Son Jaden Smith Comes OUT OF THE CLOSET… He Admitted On Twitter… That He’s GAY!!!”

It continued: “Congratulations are in order for Will Smith’s son JADEN SMITH – he came OUT HE CLOSET on Twitter last week. There has been SPECULATION for years that Jaden might have been gay… now there is NO DOUBT.”

Jaden’s tweet then disappeared; MediaTakeOut claimed it was deleted at the request of the star’s team.
