Conservative radio host Dana Loesch has claimed that failing to protect Christians from their right to discriminate against gay people will lead to lead to them being stoned to death.

Speaking at Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Loesch said that not protecting the liberty of Christians to discriminate will lead to the civil liberties of others being taken away.

She said: “You don’t have to be a Christian to be affected by loss of religious liberty, because if one liberty is taken, more liberties will be taken.

“If I’m not speaking up [while] you’re losing rights then what will happen to me when the day comes, if someone comes to me? What if you’re stoned for walking out in the street for being gay? I mean, come on, that’s where the conversation needs to go.”

Loesch, who calls herself a “total partisan hack”, is a Christian and claimed that Atheists had called into her show to make the same point.

Earlier this week, a Fox News host suggested that SNL should mock ‘transgender bathrooms’ and not ISIS.
