Watch: TV host accidentally ask Downton Abbey star if he has gay sex for roles
Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid caused hysterics this morning on the show, as she accidentally implied that a Downton Abbey actor had sex with men to be cast in Hollywood roles.
Apparently oblivious to the innuendo she was making, she asked Dan Stevens whether he had to “beat off a lot of American men” to be cast in his latest film ‘The Guest’.
Immediately, Stevens, and members of the crew begin to audibly laugh, at which point Reid innocently says she doesn’t understand why that would be funny, asking: “Why does that make you giggle?”
She then asks him again, saying: “Did you not have to beat them off?”
