A pair of twins have released a video of them coming out to their parents at the same time.

Adam and Luke, who had already come out to eachother, decided it was time to open up to their parents – and secretly recorded the entire thing.

In the video, Adam explains that his parents previously questioned him about his twin Luke’s sexuality before, but had never questioned his.

After plucking up the courage, they set up a hidden camera in the kitche, before both approaching their parents and revealing their sexuality.

The pair’s parents were initially in shock, but eventually showed love and support to the twins.

They eventually said: “You can’t live your life for someone else, you have your life to live.”

Explaining why they made the video, Adam says: “That’s kind of why we’re making these videos — to just show people that are gay in the closet you know you can just be who you are and not to be afraid.”

Last week, a video went viral showing Daniel Pierce, 20, being verbally abused by his parents and kicked out of his home, after coming out to them.

He explained: “I knew something was happening. I thought, for myself, for my own protection, if something were to happen it would be best to have it on video.

“I just hit record. I did it for my protection… the video really speaks from itself.”

A GoFundMe campaign to raise living expenses for the teen has so far reached $98,000.
