Liberal Democrats launch policies ‘for lesbians’?
The Liberal Democrats have launched a series of policies for lesbians, ridiculing a Mail article that condemned a sperm bank ‘for lesbians’.
The Mail on Sunday yesterday ran a front page headline warning “NHS to fund sperm bank for lesbians”, despite the sperm bank being available to all straight couples, same-sex couples and single women who want to concieve.
The Liberal Democrats today took a swing at the paper, posting a record of policies with the words “for lesbians” needlessly tacked on.

It’s not the first time the Lib Dems have used Twitter to slam the paper, with Nick Clegg mocking their coverage of female cabinet ministers after last month’s reshuffle.
