Video of news anchor laughing at death of Fred Phelps was really about a pig guarding a marijuana farm
A video which was said to have shown a Russian news anchor laughing as she announced the death of ‘God Hates Fags’ church founder Fred Phelps, has actually been revealed as fake.
Phelps, the founder of the “God Hates Fags” WBC, died last Wednesday at the age of 85.
The following video appeared online following the announcement of his death.
It appeared to show the Russian news presenter on ‘Events, Facts, People’, breaking down in laughter at the announcement that Phelps was dead, with English subtitles.
The video was originally uploaded, however in May 2011, and appears to have been a news report about a Canadian marijuana farm guarded by thirteen bears, a pig and a raccoon.
Subtitles originally talking about the weed farm appear to have been swapped to show those about Phelps.
