Police have issued another public appeal in a bid to find a man linked to a number of home robberies against gay men in London.

Michael Lawrence, 31, from Hackney, is wanted in connection over several incidents.

Mr Lawrence is described as a black male, 6ft and of a muscular build.

He often uses other names and is known to frequent the Hackney, Camden, Southwark and Tower Hamlets areas of the capital.

All the victims targeted by the suspect have been gay men, the Met said.

Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Mr Lawrence is asked to contact Hackney police on 101, quoting reference 4618456/13 or anonymously call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police have warned people not to approach Mr Lawrence but instead call 999.
