Review site users have taken revenge on a restaurant owner who said he “didn’t want gays around”, by reviewing his venue as if it were a gay bar.

Oklahoma’s Gary James said in an interview with KFOR TV that Gary’s Chicaros that he “didn’t want gays around”.

“I think I can spot a freak or a faggot”, James said. He went on: “I really don’t want gays around. Any man that would compromise his own body would compromise anything.”

Critics took to Yelp, and added comments such as: “Gary’s is one of the best bars around. Gary himself sports assless chaps, a choker chain and some pink nipple tassels daily.”

Another user said James showed RuPaul’s Drag Race live in the venue, while the Yelp image was changed to a photoshopped picture of the owner and a black male stripper.

One wrote: “This is a great place in Oklahoma for gay Mexican disabled Muslim Democrats to eat!… Would come back for the gloryhole.”

As well as being homophobic, James, who plans to run for his local council, said he does not like to serve non-white people, thos with a disability or people on benefits.

Despite that, he denied being racist, saying: “If a racist is someone who doesn’t like unproductive trash, then it’s true. I’m talking about white, black, brown or yellow. I don’t like unproductive people.”

James’ interview in which he says he will not serve “faggots”, is available to view below.
