With the Sochi Olympic Games on the horizon and tensions high over Russian anti-gay laws, it seems Channel 4 has the right idea when it comes to supporting gay athletes at the eleventh hour.

Not only has the network rebranded itself in rainbow colours for the day, but its new “gay mountain” television spot is a treat not to be missed:

This trail will launch with a 90 second spot at 7pm across all Channel 4 channels, including E4, More4, and 4Seven.

It will also repeat just before the peak time peak-time 9pm and 10:30pm.

Be sure not to miss it!
