The Old Bailey today heard that DVD cases including titles called “Instant Lesbian”, and “Lesbian Psychodrama” were found in the car park of the London home of Rebekah and Charles Brooks.

The court saw pictures of a brown leather satchel and black bag which were given to police by a building manager after a cleaner discovered them the day after Mrs Brooks was arrested.

The bags were discovered on 18 July 2011, and the court heard that Charles Brooks had come in search of them, telling staff that they had been dropped off for him and that there had been a confusion.

The brown bag contained correspondence, a phone, dictaphone, USB stick, laptop, homoeopathic medicine, pills, a conker, a brown envelope containing the DVD cases and other items, and cheque books in both of the defendants names.

The DVDs included “Instant lesbian”, “Bride of Sin”, and “Lesbian Psychodrama”, volumes 2 and 3.

Rebekah Brooks, the former head of News International and racehorse trainer Charles Brooks, both of Churchill, Oxfordshire, and former head of security Mark Hanna, deny conspiring to pervert the course of justice between 15 and 19 July 2011.

Seven defendants deny charges brought against them.

The trial continues.
