Online Marketing Manager, Financial services organisation
You will be responsible for driving sales and growing business by developing and enhancing their online presence and implementing new products; developing innovative and creative ways to drive traffic to the website and then turning those visitors into profitable customers. You will be responsible for the whole customer experience including retaining customers and up-selling them.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a high level of online experience particularly in a transactional environment. You will be highly numerate with a particular focus on web metrics such as ROI, visits and conversion. You will be organised and detail orientated with a demonstrable track record in managing projects and stakeholders.
Experience of financial services, particularly insurance would be a real advantage.
