THE ROLE

As the champion of retention you will work with all areas of the business to find new and effective ways of retaining customers. You’ll work with database colleagues to develop profiling and segmentation, the inbound and outbound calling teams to develop scripts and product training, marketing and product development colleagues to ensure the right products and propositions are available.

You have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective retention and reactivation programmes the ability to express yourself confidently and clearly both in writing and verbally and influence your colleagues the ability to think creatively and act proactively.
