Man guilty of killing trans woman Destiny Lauren 4
5:36 PM — A 22-year-old man has been found guilty of murdering trans prostitute Destiny Lauren. Leon Fyle, of Catford, denied killing 29-year-old Ms Lauren but was today found guilty of strangling her and stealing her possessions.

1:26 PM — A man accused of the murder of trans woman Destiny Lauren has admitted he had sex with her but denies killing her. Ms Lauren, 29, who was born male, was found dead at her Kentish Town flat on November 5th 2009.

12:05 PM — Police have been visiting Clapham Common after dark to warn gay men meeting for sex that they may be attacked or robbed. There have been increased reports of robberies and assaults on gay cruisers in the area.

2:59 PM — A man accused of killing a trans woman in November last year in Kentish Town, London, has gone on trial. Leon Fyle, 22, who is unemployed, strangled 29-year-old Destiny Lauren after visiting her for sex, a court heard.
