Sweden: Trans asylum seeker’s partner to be deported to Russia 9
2:53 PM — Russian trans asylum seeker, Lita, who is currently in hiding somewhere in Sweden, narrowly escaped being caught last week. But her partner and boyfriend Anton was apprehended by police and is now in deportation prison in Flen, from where he will shortly be removed to Russia.

7:03 PM — A survey of gay and bisexual men has found that 77 per cent of respondents would donate blood if they were allowed to. Currently, men who have ever had sex with another man are barred for life from donating blood due to the risk of HIV.

4:46 PM — The United Nations called on Uganda to scrap a bill which could execute and imprison gay people. Navi Pillay, the UN high commissioner for human rights, said today that the proposed legislation was "draconian" and "blatantly discriminatory".
