    Spain: Catalonia passes gay anti-discrimination law 6

    The Catalan Parliament passed the law on Thursday.

    1:49 PM — A psychiatric clinic in Barcelona in the Spanish region of Catalonia is under investigation for allegedly offering to "treat" homosexuality with therapy and medication. It is believed that the clinic is not alone in its offer of such treatment in Spain.
