    5:25 PM — Just as Australian military marks the twentieth anniversary of making it possible for gay men and women to serve openly in the military, the victims of a Facebook hate page that revealed and threatened gay members serving therein, have filed a law suit over the army's handling of the scandal.

    5:38 PM — Fox News has refused to broadcast an advert which calls for the end of Don't Ask, Don't Tell. The ad, by the pro-repeal Palm Center, features Canadian and Australian military leaders saying that lifting their countries' bans on out gay soldiers were a "non-event" and did not harm the military.
