Put your own houses in order, before trying to fix everyone elses! Unbelievable!

Some of these countries have the nerve to support this declaration, mainly from Eastern Europe – the 3 Baltic Republics, Bulgaria, and Serbia in particuliar – where there is institutionalised homophobia and homophobic slurs nearly every week by leading politicians.

Put your own houses in order, before trying to fix everyone elses!

The hypocrisy of the government is astounding. If the declaration was about the rights of black heterosexual men, especially members of the ruling party, they would sign immediately. Black heterosexual women would have a fight on their hands to get any document on women's rights signed by the South African government. What do you expect when most South Africans are racist, religious hypocrites and when the president of the ANC (and probably the president of South Africa from 2009) boasts that he used to beat up gay men when he was younger, when the African Christian Democratic Party does not condemn the "corrective" rape of lesbians and when South African celebrities remain silent when they are asked to speak out against the abuse of rights of GLBT people.
