It is illegal under the constitution for any tax-exempt business, organisation or religious sect or cult advocating for and financially supporting propositions, initiatives and legislation. In short, it is illegal for them to meddle in any election or the political process as this would be in violation of the separation of church and state. They too will be in for a rude awakening.
