We already knew Duffman wasn't straight from the ep where he's caught cheating on his boyfriend with Boobarella.

Y'know I'm never going to be able to look at Duff Mans catchphrase the same way again, especially when he's talking about pro-footballers.. Ooh Yeah!

I'm not quite sure about this. The Simpsons is a fast-paced one-line-gag type of show with little continuity, aside from mentioning old gags in new ones (Bringing up Stampy, etc.). I'm not convinced that Duffman is now a "gay" character, it could just be that they felt the gag was appropriate for the circumstances.

Admittedly, I did not see the episode, but I have seen the majority of Simpson's episodes, so this is just my two cents relative to the issue.

I'd like to see a storyline in which Smithers is propositioned by someone who'd love him back, after all he deserves a break, he's been beating his head against Monty Burn's indifference far too long.
