Shows the murder of transgender people is not just a American problem. The court case that followed showed the inbuilt discrimination in our legal system when the trial judge allowed the defence lawyer to put Kellie on trial for being transsexual and a murder got off even though he still had items he stole from Kellie Telesfords flat.
