Morley is either a metally ill individual with that as a mitigating factor. Or he is a cold, calculating vicious killer. The gay panic defence in this case seem's to have very little if any hope at all of any credibility. The evidence appears to be weighted presently in favour of his being convicted for murder without mitigation. Morley's lawyer is just doing his job, trying to defend the indefensible.
