Are we to assume that – and as has been suspected for some time now – the THT is now indirectly run by the Department of Health? Does that not make this so-called "charity" a quasi non-government organisation, otherwise known as a "quango"? No wonder gay men's health is in such a sorry state of ruin when an organisation which should know better and profess to be helping our community in fact takes its orders from that crumbling ediface known as the NHS which can't even dispense a few anti-cancer drugs! The chickens are most certainly coming home to roost!

What a good idea! It would be nice to have something for friends & families too. When my best friend of almost 15 years told me he was HIV + I was in limbo for a week, crying at anything, angry with everyone, scared & confused – would have been nice to chat with others to put my mind at rest.
