I've had a couple of homophobic bosses in the past, both at the Home Office, but both matters were dealt with sufficiently and showed them for the low down, homophobic little creeps they were. I'm currently working at a transport workshop as admin/receptionist and absolutely love it! The banter here is fantastic and I definitely feel comfortable being an out lesbian in this career, my colleagues are totally fine and accepting of my sexuality! I've always been out and proud at work, and nothing or nobody will stop me being that way.
