If you recall, this was what was mooted when they threatened to withdraw HIV prevention funding a while back, but had to back down due to community uproar. Anyone considering disclosing their full details to this project should be warned that it could be used against you (and your partner if you have had a civil ceremony) in the not too distant future when the UK is even further down the slippery slope to totalitarianism...
