Are our health authorities that naive to assume that STDs are primarily the domain of LGBT people? A lot of straight married men who cheat on their wives often don't use condoms because they still think that HIV is a gay disease. The argument for banning gay donors is flawed not to mention discriminatory. So, I suppose nobody asks straight people how many partners they've had, single, married or othewise involved.
