I think you're confused. It went bust when it was run by "hard nosed straight businessmen". Now it's being run by a charity it seems to happen every year.

Ryan who? In any volunteer environment you occasionaly get these little rants by people who feel they didn't get enough attention.

As usual, a bunch of screaming queens that couldnt organise a piss-up in a brewery. Gay Pride events are renowned for constant bust-ups, ineffectual organisation and going bust. Usually run by a bunch of right-on leftie socialists that want all things for all men, they end up doing bugger all. The only time Pride ever worked was when it was run by hard nosed straight businessmen. Leave it to the professionals and go back to baking your quiches.
