Why the hell can't we dump them? I feel no guilt about the past because firstly it was before my time and I didn't benefit except marginally, secondly the UK has pumped billions into the place and it's still backward, and finally why would they WANT my tainted money?

In all the world, it's only Africa that is consistently becoming more uneducated – all the money ends up in the hands of powerful men – politicians, soldiers, businessmen, or religious leaders.
