Though polls can be deceiving, according to a Suffolk University study, Hillary Clinton is heading into today's West Virginia primary with a stellar 36 percent lead over contender Barack Obama.

But while the Clinton camp will argue its more than enough steam to further push the New York Senator's little engine that could, with just 38 delegates at stake, pundits suggest it wont make much of a dent in Obama's lead.

However, Clinton also leads Obama by more than 20 percent in Kentuckly, which will hold its primary next Tuesday.

Reardless of Obama leading in overall delegates, according to Market Watch, the majority of West Virginia residents feel Clinton should stay the course regardless of today's poll results.

Echoing that sentiment, former Democratic hopeful John Edwards told Larry King far be it from anyone to tell Hillary Clinton what to do with her campaign, adding that she has earned his respect.

With six primaries to go after West Virginia, Clinton prepared for her big win over the weekend at a New York benefit, saying: "Let's keep going. Stay with me. This has been a great adventure—let's make history."
