Lee Jasper is finally getting investigated for what many of us in the black community have suspected him of doing for years. Money siphoned out of budgets that could have helped reduced youth crime and aided disadvantaged kids get support and help in finding work and breaking the cycle of poverty and blights many communities, particularly those with high number of minority ethnics, has been channeled into organisations that have not benefited, and will not benefit, anyone in the BME community or any other.Has Ken taken a strong line and insisted that all of his advisors are seen to be beyond reproach and demanded that the workings of the GLA and LDA are seen to be transparent? Like f**k he has. Are we going to see any of the money back? Like f**k we are. Are any of the organisations that have been struggling to address the issue of black kids killing each other, or to provide education and training for young black and other minority ethnic kids, going to get the resources they’ve been starved of? Like f**k they are.If Ken Livingstone thinks the BME community to going to haul him out of the s**t this time, he’s in for a nasty surprise.
