The problem with this survey is it tells us only about perception and nothing about reality. Thinking you will get homophobic treatment at your Doctor is not something the Doctor can do anything about. The important thing is whether people actually do get homophobic treatment. The questions about standing for Parliament are particularly moronic since the number of people who have tried to stand for Parliament is minuscule. I doubt a single respondent in this survey has tried so the opinions expressed are based on stereotypes of party members. If you think perception is more important than reality, try standing in the middle of the fast lane and not perceiving the oncoming cars as dangerous.
