if you feel the entire organisation is against you, who do you complain to?!I'm not sure how many women who have walked away from oppressive jobs without jumping through the hoops have then successfully sued, but I feel it will be a number.And his finances were spun in to muddy the waters.Again the (gay) victim is blamed.

although i can understand why this guy didnt win his becuase he complained too late in the day. What I do find offensive is the judge saying that it was just banter.Double standards again for the gay community. It not alright to mention a womans breasts. But hey ripped the shite out of our sexualty and that ok???
