I'm guessing this is not the only one.Do we have to scream hate crime every time anything happens? Vandalism is usually caused by kids with too much time on their hands and too little to do with it and is opportunistic.If there is no history of ads on that particular hoarding having been damaged in the past, they might be a case, but otherwise a bit of graffiti or whatever is, I'm afraid, part and parcel of modern Britain.
