Its about time that this vile, socially backward, regressive country be booted altogether from the EU and any others like them. Stiff sanctions should be imposed and warning that if they con't comply, they will automatically exclude themselves from the union. The EU Council needs to get tough on these member states once and for all. The Catholic church of course is complicit in this. Another backward, evil institution.

Poland should realise that by joining the EU, it means they are a part, and can not pick and chose what parts they want to impose.Perhaps they should be reminded about article 14 of the EU convention on Human Rights, that prohibits discrimination.
