Where I live in Britain it has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in EUROPE! Unfortunately the local County Council education authorities are slothful (where I live) regarding sexual health education for heterosexuals...so you can imagine young gay/bi people are getting practically no sexual health information...and the local gay health project does not reach them!Plus the local police force (where I live) opposes individual encouragement of gay/bi youth to attend the local GU Clinic for sexual health information.
