Human Rights MUST be respected in ALL EU States. If countries like Latvia and Italy won't abide then throw them out of the EU.Here in the UK the government is constantly being taken to the European Court of Human Rights over a range of issues from Gay Rights to Rights for terrorists! The UK has had to back down and abide by European Law every single time. Why is it then that other States are somehow immune? We either have an EU with common Human Rights or we all go back to square one and become independant countries.I'm sick and tired of our government abiding by the law whilst others (France especially) stick up two fingers.Which is it to be EU?
