Unfortunately due to new EU legislation the authorities are likely to know when you fly into the States exactly what you have and haven't got – your HIV status, whether you've ever had a verruca, if you're the member of a union. A.ll of which is needed to ensure you don't commit an act of terrorism apparently

It is sad that some countries are forced to legislate prventing people with HIV/AIDS from entering their country. This may have come about because of a tiny minority of HIV/AIDS sufferers who won't practice safe sex or don't have the common decency to advise prospective sex partners they are HIV+. AIDS has not only a tragic human life cost, but economic and social implications too. It would be irresponsible of any government to turn a blind eye to HIV/AIDS.

"There are currently 13 countries that bar people living with AIDS"Do they mean AIDS, or HIV+?The bottom line with this is, you can lie. Its not like you are going to be standing in the passport queue while they take blood tests.
