Mr Pearson has not reported the threats to police. This sends a message to the homophobes that he is trying to support them by not taking things further?They have now also said that the other 210 delegates took part but not the 4 firefighters, why not?And the meeting on Friday has been called by a conservative councilor, who has labeled the decision to discipline the four firefighters caught up in the row as "barmy".The problem with fire service authorities is that they are genuinely made up of Councilor’s, who genuinely just want an easy life.So I’m in serious doubt of any positive outcome after this meeting.
