Three men are denying the murder of a gay student in London last year.

Darren Johnson, 27, Mohammed Choudhury, 24, and Muhammed Nduka, 24, all entered not guilty pleas to the charges at the Old Bailey yesterday.

A fourth man, Thomas Girmay, 22, joined the three to plead not guilty to robbery and causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

The victim, Niphan Trikhana, a Thai born student, was found in his Chelsea flat in July last year.

Police are suggesting he funded his student life by becoming a masseur and an escort. It is not known if his career was linked to his death.

A post mortem revealed he was strangled to death.

All four men were remanded in custody. The trial is set to continue on March 6th.
