Every statement he made about being gay, including his statement about "tastes for rent boys" and "had a gay relationship" was contemptuous, and intended to minimize and trivialize what it means to be gay. To him being gay is about getting a peice of ass, NOTHING more. No wonder he has such a screwed up understanding about why it's important that people come out. He can only see coming out as a statement of who a person has sex with and what sexual acts they like. Grow the hell up Mr. Coleman. Our sexuality is, and YOUR sexuality SHOULD be about more than where you stick your dick. It DOES matter that people in authority come out. It matters to the kids who are feeling alone and contemplating suicide. It matters to the man who is about to marry a woman in order to fit in. It matters to the millions of gay men and lesbians who have endured a lifetime of guilt and shame, who just want to know that there is someone else out there who is gay AND happy, AND successful, AND living their dreams. You sir, are a selfish, ignorant prick. I see that conservatives in England aren't one rat's bit different than they are here in America!
