I thought from the first of the series thing that he was gay and now I'm sure of it I wish I knew who he married

As far as I know, the law approved in Mexico City will be only for Mexico City's residents. The law approved in Coahuila will involve changing the civil code; this means that it might be available to any mexican who decide to sing up his union down there.I can't comment on international visitors.

This is fantastic!! I'm really glad for Mexicans. However, I'm wondering if this is available to internationals gays, or to other Mexicans outside this state?
