Just a few days after denying a lesbian tryst with celebrity heiress and air head Paris Hilton, Britney Spears has allegedly found a new boyfriend.

Only a few weeks after announcing her divorce from Kevin Federline, Spears was apparently spotted cuddling up with Jonathan Rotem, who coincedinatlly produced Federline's recent album.

Spears and Federline announced a split after a two year marriage and having two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Last week, Paris and Britney were pictured out on the town with each other, and the News of the World went as far as to say that Paris had become attracted to Britney and encouraged her to go out without any underwear in infamous pictures which appeared in The Sun newspaper.

A source told the News of the World: "Paris loves the fact that Britney gets turned on by going commando.

"She even demanded that Britney take her panties off in front of her. Britney just obeyed. They went into a toilet and came out 20 minutes later, clothes and hair all over the place."

The source goes on to claim that Paris is teaching Britney how to pole dance.

But Spears told New Woman magazine: "We're two successful, independent women, having fun together. We're not a pair of lesbian blondes."
